★第一部分：請團體內推派一名團長至Phoenix Model United Nations Conference 2018-團體報名表單填寫團體資料
★第二部分：請在表單繳交後7天內將團員名單寄EMAIL至[email protected]
★第三部分：請每一位團員至「Phoenix Model United Nations Conference 2018google表單填寫資料」填寫基本資料，務必確保每一位團員填寫的團體名稱與團長填寫之名稱相同，否則該員將以單人票價處理。

★ Part I: Please send a representative to “Phoenix Model United Nations Conference 2018 - Group Registration Form” to fill in your group information
★ Part II: Please send an Email to [email protected] within 7 days after the form is submitted.
★ Part III: Each group member is requested to fill in the basic personal information for at " Google Form－PMUN2018 registration system ". Make sure that the name of the group filled out by each member is the same as the name of the the representative filled out. Otherwise, the case will be regarded as a single registration.

Upon registration, please pay the fee within 7 days. After payment, please send a confirm letter which contains last five digits of your payment account and the account name to PMUN2018’s official email.
